I have been a self-employed topographer since February 2021, I am 56 years old and have over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, in Design Offices or with Land Surveyors.

I can help you with your projects by producing execution plans for civil engineering/VRD and as-built plans (SMEs, SMBs), house extension plans (if house area + extension < 150 m² as I am not an Architect), by carrying out topographical surveys and their plotting, by locating property boundaries but without marking them (I am not a Land Surveyor).

I have worked on projects such as the ZAC d'Hérie in Caudry, the development at Estrées, the Moulins d'Acsq brewery near Lille, Naturalesa near Toulouse, Cordelet in Le Mans, on apartment interior plans, and on cadastral boundary replanting.

I graduated in topography from AFPA Meaux in 1993.

I am insured with Groupama with professional multi-risk insurance.

I have a professional PC and I work remotely with Autocad Light to produce work plans, I use Mensura if needed for your VRD projects.

I have good network skills with Covadis.

I use Revit Architecture for your housing projects.

My daily rate ranges from €340 to €300 using Autocad or Revit software, and it ranges from €380 to €340 using Mensura.
