Product Owner – Age Verification & E-commerce Enablement

Led the product team behind an age verification solution that enabled an existing e-commerce department to launch online sales across 34+ countries, supporting 20,000+ daily verifications across three regulated categories.

Designed and implemented end-to-end processes to integrate age verification into the e-commerce platform, translating compliance and business requirements into technical specifications and coordinating external providers and internal teams.

Delivered an internal configuration app that reduced deployment time by 70%, and built a reporting system from scratch used for executive decision-making, KPI definition, and quarterly planning.

Transformed age verification from a compliance bottleneck into a scalable, business-as-usual capability, enabling the e-commerce department to grow online operations without regulatory risk.

Sustainable Housing & Prototype Development

Responsible for product coordination and design management for the first hover-house prototype in the US. Supervised legacy engineering drawings and design documentation, coordinated technical inputs, and ensured alignment with construction and presentation requirements. The completed prototype was publicly showcased in SXSW Austin (2022).

Led cross-regional coordination of automotive OEM projects in southern Europe and South Africa, with budgets between €100K and €2M. Ensured seamless execution and delivery by integrating project components, managing stakeholder relationships, controlling scope and changes, and aligning resources, communications, and knowledge across teams.
