Hello ! 👋

I'm David, an experienced tech, design and product recruiter.

I joined UX Republic and JS Republic, both agencies specialized in what their names explain the best : UX Design and Javascript.

I worked there for 2,5 years, firstly as the only recruiter, then as a team member of 4 people.

I've discovered a lot of the digital world, from technologies to workshops, to agility and concepts that I didn't expected before.

Then I went to OCTO TECHNOLOGY, a really great consultancy company with great values and tons of smart experts.

I've discovered there a new way of leading a company from the executive : tribes, the same strategy Spotify did and presented.

I've also learnt hundreds of new technical terms and jobs (Cloud, Agile Coaches, Applicative Security, Scrum Masters and much more)

I spent 2,5 years there, splitting in two, giving me the chance to travel to Australia for 10 months.

Finally, in 2022, I left OCTO and stopped working in agencies and get closer to a company with its own product, its own fights !

Back Market made me one of them, part of a large team of recruitment experts, taught me differences coming from a fast-paced and fast-growing company.

I worked around international profiles, from Germany to the United States to recruit young and senior profiles, or even Engineering Managers.

Now, I want to help all type of company to develop, bring them my knowledge of the Tech and Design world, being a strength during that blurry period !

Since 2023, I've been working as a RPO Freelancer and succeeded in 5 missions with ekino, RATPGroup, CELINE, Lucca and more recently Pennylane.

The group have all the candidates do a PAPI test to learn from them so I had to learn how to debrief candidates on their skills, wishes, qualities and nice to have and don't have.

I helped them recruiting their new teammates to complete the technical tranformation that CELINE is building since 2022.
