- Business application (energy sector): development of an automated simulation and quoting tool integrating electronic signature, PDF document generation, and back-office workflows. Results: saved 1 hour per file and +25% commercial conversion.

- Launch of a B2B SaaS and management of growth from early stage to 5x ARR multiplication

- Management of the complete product lifecycle: roadmap definition, delivery, integrations, and iterations.

- Deployment of key strategic integrations with major French banks and partner software vendors.

- Redesign of onboarding and automation of billing workflows to eliminate operational friction.
