**Context**: ITG OPS Functions department of the BNP Paribas group, responsible for managing applications dedicated to banking compliance. Created to strengthen control mechanisms and meet international regulatory challenges, this department provides cross-functional tools for the entire BNPP group, enabling continuous monitoring of financial flows and surveillance of bank clients (individuals or legal entities). They also ensure efficient management of sanctions lists, contributing to the prevention of risks related to terrorism, international sanctions, embargoes, and other compliance issues.

**Objectives**: As an application manager and technical referent within the List Management & Filtering team of BNPP's Compliance department, I was responsible for the application and corrective maintenance of two critical applications in the domain:

I am involved in RUN management, process automation, continuous improvement, and technical evolutions, particularly within the framework of an application redesign project on the Cloud (DMZR) as OPS manager.

I also train new arrivals in an international context (ITG Paris and ISPL India).

**Context**: Within the BPCE group's IT department, managing applications in the Application Production & Closing domain. These applications aim to centralize and rationalize the BPCE IT system feeds from originating IT systems (various Banks and Branches), verify data consistency, and contribute to the data quality process to subsequently feed business applications and processes (Risk and Finance). This is carried out within the framework of regulatory productions for monthly and quarterly closings.

**Objectives**: Management and operational maintenance of the various applications in the Application Production & Closing domain. Work carried out in collaboration with BPCE-IT outsourcing. Management of business requests from Risk & Finance. Implementation of automation for improved Production monitoring.

**Context**: Within LCH, the leading European central counterparty, responsible for acting as an intermediary in all interbank transfers in the European market, managing a Technical Maintenance Assistance (TMA) contract for the maintenance of applications enabling LCH to carry out its core clearing activities (direct debits, invoicing, payment management, reporting, etc.).

**Objectives**: Application and evolutionary maintenance of applications enabling the clearing activity. Handling a volume of 150 to 200 evolution projects per year in Agile mode, including major technical projects (approximately 500 man-days each):
