- Credit Agricole Technologies et ServicesWeb DeveloperBANKING AND INSURANCEMay 2024 - December 2024 (7 months)Annecy, FranceFollowing a European initiative, the WERO project was born. It's a new payment method based on instant transfer to pay individuals via their phone number or email. In the future, WERO will also be for professionals and will allow payment from an individual to a company with the aim of replacing card payments (which rely on American companies). In this context, I participated in the development of the various features offered for peer-to-peer payments for Crédit Agricole.Integration testing infrastructure:- To automatically and efficiently test our features and avoid any regressions, I fully developed a framework allowing easy writing of integration tests- The infrastructure allows calling our services on different environments and simulating or not calls to various APIs- It also checks the state of different databases and not just the request's return- This is a huge time saver compared to the manual tests that were performed until thenTraining the team in various areas based on their needs: Reactor Core, Git, or JavaTo have the maximum number of users using Wero, we implemented passive enrollment. The proposed technical solutions were too complex for the problem presented, so I presented a different approach that was chosen.Based on my experience, I was the main reviewer, which contributed to an increase in code quality.Endpoint development:- Participation in the development of various endpoints allowing users to enroll and perform different actions- Performing integration tests to verify the proper functioning of our code- Various discussions on the architecture to use and implementation choices- Estimation of the necessary workload
