David started in May 2021 on our project as the local Data Lead in France for an S4HANA implementation project. From the start, it was very clear that he possesses a high level of knowledge in this area. In addition, he has strong stakeholder management skills, as also shown by the feedback we received from the local plant management (which was very positive). Strong follow-up on all master data related activities and also proactive in flagging the relationship to functional processes to ensure all project aspects are aligned and aware of potential impacts.
In July, he also took on the cut-over lead role, which he performed very well. He created the detailed cut-over plan (down to the minute!) and ensured that all parties executed their tasks on time with the right level of quality. This ultimately resulted in a successful Go-Live.
