Network Optimization & Impact Sustained daily movement of up to 40 cross-border trailers delivering critical data center hardware under high-urgency environments. Reduced dwell-related costs from $3M per quarter to under $500K, maintaining this performance for over 12 months through redesigned visibility and exception-management systems. Generated $1.4M USD in annualized savings through carrier optimization, network redesign, and data-driven transportation strategy. Achieved 96% OTIF performance and 99.9% inventory accuracy during the first year of DC warehouse operations. Led transportation flow control and yard network orchestration at Amazon's first fulfillment center in Monterrey (MTY1), overseeing a team of 30+ associates and ensuring continuity for a high-volume node processing ~30K outbound packages/day and 80+ daily trailers.

Network & Systems Leadership Directed trailer allocation, dock flow control, and linehaul dispatch strategy to maintain network reliability and on-time departures within a high-throughput environment. Designed and implemented BI dashboards (Power BI, SQL, QuickSight) to improve visibility across departure performance, yard utilization, and exception management at regional level. Supported launch-readiness and transportation integration for new Mexico Metro sites, aligning safety, capacity planning, and operational execution. Process Optimization & Digitalization Developed the TOM Metrics Dashboard for Mexico, enhancing executive visibility into transportation KPIs and enabling proactive disruption management Digitalized the Apollo Safety Audit process, transitioning from paper-based controls to an analytics enabled system for trend detection and compliance tracking. Led deployment of Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR), improving gate security and trailer processing efficiency.
