This all-options shipping form was created based on a non-functional mock-up application and incomplete and inconsistent datasources, but must be preserved. Its form boxes are therefore designed to be able to fill/verify/and save from and into all datasources, and the process generating them now allows for the production of all other complex, multi-step forms infinitely more easily than before.
