Product Manager for over 10 years, I help teams go from an idea to a product that runs and finds its users.

My specialty: I truly speak the language of developers. Concrete technical background (I prototype, I read code, I design APIs).

Notably, within beta.gouv (government startups), I led the product launched under the name Avril, which became Reva and then FranceVAE — today the national platform for the Validation of Acquired Experience. A true 0→1 journey led to the national scale: starting from a blank page, simplifying a notoriously complex administrative process, and evolving the product for several years until its accomplished version.

I am particularly comfortable with:

- The 0→1 phase — validating the need, delivering a first version, confronting it with reality;

- AI / LLM products — designing around the capabilities and limitations of models, integrating GenAI where it truly creates value;

- B2B SaaS, technical tools, and the general public.

My working style: discovery-oriented (I question users before building), data-driven, and pragmatic — I prefer to deliver and learn than to maintain a perfect roadmap.
