Having acquired real expertise through my professional and personal journey, I now support companies through a consulting and training firm specializing in Marketing, Commercial, and Strategic Development: DMCS.

External Sales Department, Key Account Management, Prospecting, Team Management, Development and implementation of commercial policy and business strategy, Creation and launch of product lines, Training… are among the services offered.

I rely on over 25 years of experience in the Agri-food sector, including 10 years in the Organic sector. This is across various sales and management positions.

I have also been an active and recognized contributor in the organic world for many years.

The central philosophy of DMCS is to always offer a tailored solution to client companies, starting first by understanding their operations and expectations. Experience and knowledge of all company sizes (from VSEs to large groups) is a real asset.
