What I deliver:

Active Directory & Microsoft Infrastructure — AD DS architecture, hardening and clean-up, Entra ID (hybrid identity / Azure AD Connect), AD migration and consolidation. I design from scratch or rescue environments that have grown without governance.

Microsoft 365 (M365) — Tenant architecture and migration (tenant-to-tenant, cross-forest), Exchange Online and Teams cutover, SharePoint governance, Intune / Autopilot rollout, Microsoft Copilot deployment with Purview and DLP controls.

IT Project Management & Program Delivery — End-to-end delivery of infrastructure, cloud and AI programs: scope, budget, risk, vendor and stakeholder management, steering committee reporting. Azure landing zones, M365 consolidation, Copilot rollouts, M&A IT integration.

Fractional CIO / Head of Infrastructure — 1–2 days/week senior IT leadership: roadmap, Microsoft licensing optimisation, NIS2 / DORA / ISO 27001 readiness, AI governance, board reporting. No full-time headcount required.
