Weperty.com is a complete real estate portal with integrated CRM, agent management, and automatic publication on external portals like Idealista and Fotocasa through their APIs. Developed from scratch with Next.js, Supabase (PostgreSQL), and deployed on Vercel. It includes automatic synchronization of the property catalog with portals, contact management, subscriptions with Stripe, and caching with Redis for optimal performance. My work covered database design, backend, frontend, and all integrations with real estate portals.

Houzik.com is a multi-tenant real estate SaaS platform: a single engine serving multiple agencies, each with its own domain, property catalog, and independent configuration. Developed with Next.js, Supabase (PostgreSQL), and deployed on Vercel. It resolves dynamic domain routing through middleware and Redis caching, and integrates subscriptions with Stripe, transactional emails with Resend, and synchronization with real estate portals like Idealista and Fotocasa. I designed and implemented the entire architecture: multi-tenant database, backend, frontend, and the system for integrations with external portals.
