As part of the replatforming of all the IT systems of the company Office DEPOT (ERP, E-commerce, PIM, Payment, ETL, ...), I was in charge of managing the replatforming of the e-commerce part, integrated into an omnichannel strategy (50 stores), as well as the redesign of the product modeling and its integration into the PIM.
The challenge was to support the client and its various vendors in identifying an MVP across all platforms to ensure a release date that could not be postponed.

E-commerce replatforming for the Lenôtre brand within an omnichannel strategy. A replatforming project also involving a redesign of product modeling for integration into Sodexo's Akeneo PIM.
Subsequently, implementation of the RUN system to cover ongoing maintenance.

Client LOGITRADE (B2B)

Logitrade is a purchasing group operating in a B2B context, with clients including CAC 40 companies. As part of its development strategy, Logitrade decided to implement a marketplace to digitize a portion of its sales (4 million products and 45,000 suppliers). The build of this platform was initiated by an integrator that Logitrade wished to part ways with.
Thus, I intervened to implement the reversibility strategy for ongoing maintenance and deliver new functionalities. During our takeover phase, it became apparent that Logitrade's needs could not be supported by the limitations of the e-commerce platform. Therefore, a part of the platform's structure had to be revised, impacting the indexing and search engine to enable it to handle the data volumes.
