A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lille (now SKEMA) with a specialization in audit and management control, I managed several companies with up to 40 employees in the construction sector for 15 years.

Company creation, crisis management, cost reduction, implementation of management accounting, as well as risk prevention and drafting of the DUERP (Unique Risk Assessment Document), I help you to work better, to save time and money.

My training courses are personalized and as interactive as possible, notably using educational simulators of the Business Game type (business management, marketing, etc.), for audiences ranging from students/apprentices in engineering or business schools to company creators.

I draw inspiration as much as possible from the Agile method when implementing new processes or strategies in companies..
