Entrepreneurship and digital marketing have shaped my career for over 20 years.

I support executives, entrepreneurs, and marketing teams with their growth marketing, digital acquisition, CRM, marketing, conversion, retention, and growth management challenges.

I have held roles as an entrepreneur, CMO, COO, and CEO, with strategic, operational, and technical experience in digital marketing.

My observation: many companies invest in digital marketing, but few turn it into a true growth system. They produce content, buy traffic, launch campaigns, or use CRM tools, without always linking these actions to a clear, measurable, and managed strategy.

I help companies move from scattered marketing to structured marketing, capable of sustainably supporting growth.

I created the STARTER method, a 7-phase framework designed to structure digital growth: SEE, THINK, ACT, RETAIN, TRUST, ELEVATE, REFER.

I also founded SmartPRM based on a conviction: growth depends not only on channels, tools, or campaigns. It depends on the quality of the relationship built with the right people, at the right time, with the right level of value.

This is what I call People Relationship Management: structuring relationships with strangers, prospects, clients, fans, and ambassadors.

I work with VSEs, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and executives who want to make digital marketing a real growth engine, without immediately hiring a full-time marketing director.
