The OB (Operated Buses) teams in charge of the BlaBlaCar Bus offering (network planning, billing, and bus operations) use a set of tools and systems handling the same data, without proper definition or complete integration between the ecosystem products.

The OB Ecosystem project aims to diagnose the existing situation, review the definition and management of the main Data handled, and deploy the first identified PoCs to industrialize and ensure the scalability of the Blablacar offering.

• Definition of the Framework for documenting processes and data flows between OB tools

• Challenge and assist Solution Leads in defining the most appropriate technical architecture

• Coordination of each project component and ensuring overall reporting and risk management

• Launch of a Data tooling initiative (DataGalaxy/Altan/Zeenea) to industrialize data management through the construction of a Data Glossary, Dictionary, and Lineage

Management of the fund disbursement tool redesign program for AFD and its subsidiary Proparco. The NewVersement project aims to optimize the efficiency of various target disbursement processes. Ensure compliance with recommendations from auditors, ACPR, and IGE, as well as the digital transformation and urbanization of the Group.

• Project management using AGILE methodology with integrators (via JIRA), a tool based on the BPM Bonitasoft solution

• Backlog management, writing User Stories, testing and business acceptance of User Stories, and bug fixing

Archer is the application of the IT Risk & Operations entity of BNP PARIBAS CIB dedicated to the management of Technological and Cybersecurity risks (security, continuity, availability, etc.). The objective was to implement structural changes as part of the deployment of the new Group governance and to ensure the maintenance of this application.

• Onboarding of about ten business processes: Cyber Maturity, Security Requirements, Third Party Risk Management, etc.
