David Klumpp

My name is David, I was born in Rottweil and grew up on the edge of the Black Forest until my studies brought me to Tübingen. Photography was already an intensive hobby before my studies, but it only developed into a profession during my time in Tübingen. It all started with portrait photography, which later led to the desire to capture emotions in connection with music and thus create "music for the eyes". From 2016, I became one of the photographers at the cultural center franz.K in Reutlingen, which was my entry into the Reutlingen and Tübingen cultural scene. With the 2017 season, I became an accredited DBV photographer in the 1st Baseball Bundesliga. Especially through concert photography, a great interest in other stage events such as theater and dance quickly developed. With my employment as a directing and production assistant at the Landestheater Tübingen (LTT), I deepened my stage photography. Since March 2020, I have been working as a consultant for online communication at the Staatstheater Nürnberg (STNBG). In this role, I manage the in-house platform DIGITALER FUNDUS and am primarily responsible for its conceptual and content design. The focus of my work is on creating new video content.
