I have been working in user and service experience design for 17 years. I have gone through the operational stages of UR, UX, Design Thinking, and service design, in numerous fields where I have observed and interviewed users, facilitated strategy and ideation workshops, and designed and evaluated intuitive and pleasant products and services.

Currently a freelance Senior Lead Experience Designer & Design Strategist: I manage and lead UR/UX/UI teams, I help companies integrate user-centered design into their culture and operations, and I ensure that user experience and business objectives are aligned in strategic and tactical decisions.

I love my job, and I find great satisfaction in helping companies with these issues which, if handled well, are the strength of successful products. I know that juggling between discovery/delivery rhythms, roadmapping, management, horizontal and vertical discussions, or simply sometimes the lack of internal profiles, means that some strategic design issues cannot be addressed due to lack of time.

First of all, thank you very much David for accompanying us on this mission with the Terre Solidaire association, which was a real success. David has all the qualities one could wish for when looking for a partner and a good Senior Lead UX. First, always in a good mood, enthusiastic and smiling. He brings freshness and serenity to the project, which is very extensive. Then, extremely professional and methodical: He successfully led a complex mission starting with a comprehensive audit (Analysis of the existing situation, 23 strategic interviews, users and prospects, competitive intelligence, UX & content audit, definition of strategic issues, creation of user personas and list of use cases) Up to the definition of the strategy (prioritization, definition of the value proposition). Finally, resulting in the best design (List of features and content, sitemap, user journeys, and content format types). He is also a very good facilitator of collaborative workshops. David is user-centered, of course, but more broadly focused on all the humans involved in the project. Nothing is left to chance. Finally, David goes beyond his mission by giving his time and knowledge to share and transmit. It's a great encounter, and we are really looking forward to collaborating with David again!
