Managed non-discretionary funds totaling circa £200m. Managed the Investment division, comprised of ESP Growth and ESP Income Portfolios. Led all investment projects across multiple sectors from origination to successful completion, generated strong returns for investors. Invested and managed funds over multiple sectors, such as Residential and Commercial Development, Renewable Energy, Forestry, Farming, Hotels, Construction Finance and Bridging Finance. Worked with Joint Venture Partners across multiple sectors to successfully manage assets and achieve successful investment exits. Managed and implemented asset allocation strategies across portfolios. Written and presented investment memorandums and strategies to the Investment Committee for approval. Led and mentored a team of 3 Investment Analysts to implement robust operational structures across the investment division.

Built and managed the main portfolio consisting of 23 industrial assets, reporting analysis and findings to the Board of Directors, including Morgan Stanley and other major Investment Banks. Building cash flow models to underwrite new acquisitions. Bank covenant testing and reporting. Built robust infrastructure across the division through the utilization of Excel models. Assisted with setting up the Irish entity of the business and KYC.
