Currently, I am directing two projects:

1.- Artificial Intelligence-based development project. This project is divided into two phases. First phase, delivery of MVP in May 2019. Second phase, product development, ends in December 2021.

2.- Project for the hotel and leisure sector divided into three phases. First phase, analysis of processes. Second phase, selection and direction of the implementation of enterprise management tools. Third phase, setting up a BI environment where operational data is exported to implement an analytical environment that will be used to support the group's strategic decisions.

As Director of Operations, I am responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, which includes:

- Personnel Selection. Headhunter.

- Define the project scope, deadlines, and resource pyramid to be used.

- Define the architecture and technical requirements of the project.

- Define the technical teams necessary for the project's execution, number of members, and characteristics.

- Select the team members to be incorporated and negotiate their terms of employment. Select external suppliers and define their service level.

- Define, implement, and ensure the roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Allocate resources to each work team.

- Implement the project management methodology that best suits the team, the company, and the project type.

- Ensure that teams follow the best software delivery standards to guarantee continuous code delivery and its quality.

- Participate in project meetings, Scrum, or follow-up meetings for other methodologies.

- Ensure deadlines and deliveries.

- Provide management with project progress information and minimize technological risk by performing ongoing risk analysis.

- Provide management with team progress information and communicate any issues and solutions.

- Conduct performance reviews and developer evaluations in collaboration with Project Managers.

- Ensure the alignment of management strategies with the project's technical and functional objectives.

I was the Director of the company's technical department and business development.
