David Hartmann

As part of my dual studies, I actively work in the accounting and controlling departments of a medium-sized industrial company. I regularly prepare financial reports and analyses, maintain and analyze financial data in DATEV, and support the optimization of commercial processes.

After completing my apprenticeship, I took over the full operational accounting tasks of the company. This included invoice verification and payment, travel expense accounting, VAT pre-registration, as well as ongoing account management and reconciliation in DATEV. I worked independently and responsibly in the daily operations of financial accounting.

Three-year apprenticeship as an industrial clerk with a focus on accounting, purchasing, and commercial administration. Independent processing of business transactions, invoice verification and payment, travel expense accounting, and cross-departmental collaboration in daily operations. During my apprenticeship, I managed the accounting for a subsidiary company independently for one year.
