As an IT Director, I have very often been confronted with issues. It was difficult for me to talk about them within my company.

I recently had the opportunity to create a company to try to address this dilemma.

So I created the company DEIFIED IT (DFD IT) with the ambition of supporting IT Directors and decision-makers in all their IT reflections.

This translates concretely into targeted support around 4 pillars:

1) The IT Department: Support for the creation, optimization or redesign of an IT Department

2) Databases: Too often neglected, databases deserve our full attention. They are the heart of our applications, the foundation of our data.

3) Processes: Many companies underestimate the impact of processes on their operations. Poor processes (or their absence) can cause malfunctions, or worse, complete breakdowns in interactions between departments. Conversely, optimized processes increase team efficiency.

4) Access to a network of reliable partners who can meet the majority of an IT Department's needs.

Permanent member of the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, Director of Systems (Data Center, Production Deployment, Operational Maintenance, Level 2 Support and above) & Information Systems.

I created the company's IT department and actively participated in defining the company's strategy.

As IT Director, I was responsible for implementing the company's digital tools (ERP, ITSM, Supervision, etc.).

I was responsible for change management in the IT equipment renewal for this bank (BNP Paribas) in Luxembourg.

I supervised a team of 40 technicians and lead techs.

This project was part of a program comprising seven projects. I was responsible for two of them (Change Management & Delivery).
