- As IT Product Owner, in an agile framework, I am responsible for managing all incoming demand from different business areas.

I participate in the definition, prioritization, and planning process as a preliminary phase.

I am responsible for all developments that reach the Atresplayer OTT platform.

- As Scrum Master, I ensure that development teams understand the working methodology through the Jira ticketing tool. With it, I configure boards, workflows, dashboards, etc., to adapt the tool to their way of working. I am responsible for improving and organizing the processes of the different development teams, as well as providing them with clearly defined and prioritized new products to execute.

- I manage and direct all ongoing projects through a roadmap configured in Jira, which allows for quick visualization of progress and delivery forecasts.

- Coordination of the fiscal and financial implications of LaLiga's OTT products.

- Point of contact with the payment gateway "Adyen" to analyze income, returns, and withholdings with the aim of optimizing the collection process. Analysis and configuration of new merchant accounts when necessary. Use of "Adyen" as a data extraction and analytics tool to provide information to financial and fiscal teams.

- Use of "Zuora" as a data extraction tool, not only for economic data but also for statistical data related to subscriptions, in order to enhance products according to LaLiga's subscription and subscriber typologies.

- Coordination of new developments related to the extraction of subscription files in "Zuora" for billing load in SAP.

- Coordination of financial dependencies with the OTT development team.

- Advanced use of Jira for creating the product roadmap with all expected functionalities, structuring content, and configuring it for the correct functioning of the teams. Also advising teams on configuring their boards or dashboards, as well as creating advanced filters and organizing the tool's workflow.

- Recording all production uploads and relevant information in Confluence.
