David Floriano Villegas

My name is David Floriano Villegas, I am a Higher Technician in Editorial Design and Production and in Graphic Arts Industries Production, studies completed at I.E.S. Puerta Bonita in Madrid.

I have mainly worked as a specialist in technical prepress, performing tasks such as reviewing and optimizing originals and preparing final artwork for processing in the graphic production and correct printing on different printing systems.

Furthermore, due to my curious, creative, and restless personality, I have had the opportunity to take on other responsibilities within the different phases of the graphic production process: design and/or layout of graphic products of various natures, operation of different graphic production machines (digital production printers, printing plotters, Offset presses, and finishing machines), and final product handling; in short, all phases that encompass the workflow in graphic production for printing.

Thanks to this training and professional experience, I have gained a broad vision of the entire graphic process, which I apply in my current work as a self-employed remote Graphic Designer/Artworker, offering services to agencies, publishers, and printing companies.

I have opted for remote work as I believe it offers a series of improvements for both parties in this type of collaboration, and it also allows me to organize tasks and optimize work times to meet the needs of each project.
