Support mission with the LOGISCO group, a leader in the rental real estate sector in Quebec, in its digital transformation ambitions in an agile context. The projects for which I support Logisco are as follows:

- Complete redesign of their website: strategic planning (agency brief, competitive analysis, definition of typical personas, scoring card...), writing of the complete specifications, participation in the call for tenders, UX/UI design, Development, Quality Control/Tests, launch, monitoring and maintenance.

- Creation of a Customer Area,

- Participation in the email marketing automation strategy (newsletters),

- Participation in various digital projects
