I have led the design and implementation of critical applications that replaced expensive commercial licenses, generating drastic savings and returning full data control to the company. Working with plant managers (non-technical profiles with strategic vision), I expanded tools from one line to all factories of a leading home appliance multinational. My solutions gained preference over developments by large corporations thanks to three pillars: extreme ease of use, scalability, and almost immediate responses to new needs.

• Industrial Web Development: Python/Django + agile interfaces (Bootstrap) for MES, kaizen, deviation control, logistics, and attendance management applications.
• Industrial IoT & Embedded: ESP32/Arduino/M5Stack (RFID, sensors, ESP-NOW, OTA) bringing real-time data from machine to cloud robustly.
• Automation & Back-end: 24/7 Windows Services (.NET/C#) orchestrating massive flows with SQL Server, generating automated reports and alerts without intervention.
I act as an “external CTO”: I capture the real problem (lost traceability, repetitive manual processes, lack of visibility) and deliver the complete solution: online hardware → integration with corporate ERP → executive dashboard.
