Designed and built end-to-end web applications, internal tools, dashboards, APIs, CRM and booking flows, and business automation systems. Converted manual workflows involving email, PDFs, spreadsheets, CRM and e-commerce into reliable software and AI-assisted processes. Worked across discovery, architecture, development, integration, deployment and maintenance, selecting tools according to the problem rather than a fixed stack. Explored productization through reusable components, micro-SaaS tools, Chrome extensions and paid APIs.

Taught programming languages and practical topics across software development and IT. Transformed complex technical concepts into clear models, examples and exercises, adapting explanations to different learners. My stuydents were from various backgrounds and IT knowledge and mastery level, ranging from programmers to science phds.

Translated client expectations into web-application architectures and implementation plans through an agile approach. Designed product architectures and system solutions with the CTO, selecting technologies and guiding delivery from concept to implementation. Led the Java back-end area responsible for data layers, core logic and Java Enterprise servers exposing REST APIs. Managed the front-end team building reactive single-page applications with AngularJS and React.
