- Creating and facilitating business communities

- Monitoring and supporting Lean studies with a consulting firm (Cubik)

Transformation

- Responsible for a transformation lever

- Conducting business workshops

- Operationalizing the action plan proposed by the strategy consulting firm (BCG)

- Relations with banks

On behalf of a major telecom operator (Orange), as part of an agile transformation at scale (SAFe type), I am a member of a support team (+ - 10 coaches) whose mission is to transform the IT (Information Systems Technical Directorate) vertical of Orange. As such, I participate in the structuring, implementation, and evolution of value streams and their breakdown into different LPM (Lean Portfolio Management) portfolios. I am particularly responsible for supporting a Value Stream (Intervention) and its associated application scope. My main activities are: Transformation Consulting

- Supporting value stream leaders (Core Team)

- Supporting LPM

- Supporting the IT collective dedicated to the Value Stream

- Supporting cross-functional programs (DSI excellence)

- Transversal mission of ROI evaluation of actions, employee weather reports Agile Coaching at Scale and Team Coaching

- Supporting development streams (Trains & other mechanisms)

- Supporting RTEs and PMs for PIP preparation

- Supporting certain train teams during PIPs (Program Increment planning)

- Supporting Scrum or Kanban teams outside of trains

As such, I participated in the structuring and implementation of the thinking at the value stream level and the breakdown into different LPM (Lean Portfolio Management) portfolios. I am particularly responsible for supporting an LPM and its associated application scope. My main activities are: Transformation Consulting

- Creation and operationalization of portfolio collectives (LPM).

- Facilitating a collective (LPM) for a given scope.

- Supporting business / IT teams.

- Supporting IT teams constituting the development streams related to the LPM's application scope.

- Designing and conducting acculturation sessions.

- Supporting large cross-functional programs.
