Following my experience in infrastructure management for SMEs, I founded AlpenData, a company specializing in the automation of IT processes through artificial intelligence. This entrepreneurial venture allows me to bring an innovative approach to traditional IT management.

This dual role as a field consultant and tech entrepreneur allows me to understand the concrete challenges of SMEs while offering cutting-edge AI-based solutions to modernize their IT infrastructure.

As an IT infrastructure consultant, I supported a portfolio of 15 SMEs in the complete management of their information systems. My role was to ensure the continuity, performance, and security of their IT environment on a daily basis.

Main missions

IT park management: Administration and maintenance of equipment (servers, workstations, peripherals), supervision of systems and local networks, management of software licenses

IT security: Implementation and monitoring of security measures, data protection, backup policy, access management, and GDPR compliance

Support and assistance: Technical troubleshooting, installation and configuration of new equipment, user training on deployed tools

Strategic consulting: Analysis of client needs, recommendations for upgrades, IT investment planning, and cost optimization

Project management: Drafting specifications, negotiation with suppliers, management of migrations and deployments

Technical expertise

System administration (Windows/Linux), network infrastructure, virtualization, cloud computing, cybersecurity, backup management, supervision, and monitoring.

This experience allowed me to develop a comprehensive approach to IT for SMEs, combining technical expertise with an understanding of business challenges.
