Manager in multicultural and multi-sector environments, with References and Recommendations, my profession can be exercised in 2 ways:

1- As a transition manager. In this configuration, I integrate into the company's staff. I am an operational manager and I clearly orient myself towards a logic of contribution and results. I commit myself for a limited duration (generally from 3 months to 18 months) either to: Accompany you on a project (generally in the context of change) with the Business Partner angle: I work with you, as a member of your team. I get involved and I build alongside you. Most often, you entrust me with the responsibility of a project or the direction of an entity to resolve a crisis or support a change phase. - Replace you or a member of your management team (particularly operational CFO and/or general management) in case of absence (illness, maternity, long-term break, unpaid leave...) or to manage the transition and continuity while awaiting the recruitment of a director.

2- As a classic consultant, an external actor to the company, an expert capable of supporting you with advice and occasional support in all financial areas or on projects related to organization, entity evolution, change management. Examples of possible support: Fundraising, investor reporting, preparation of a sale/divestment process, reorganization project, cost control, internal control, introduction of new technology, strategic approach, particularly for a new market or an evolving environment, recruitment, training plan, manager development.
