After more than 20 years managing complex supply chains and operations in France and internationally, I now support companies as an interim manager and freelancer, with a clear focus: securing operational performance and customer experience during periods of growth, transformation, or crisis.

I have developed my expertise in demanding industrial and service environments (distribution, healthcare, energy, solar) by managing international flows, multi-site warehouses, outsourced factories, and multicultural organizations, while balancing cost, cash, customer service, and customs/tax compliance constraints.

Today, through my company or directly, I intervene to structure, turn around, or accelerate operations: S&OP/SIOP, order-to-cash, logistics and transport, inventory and WCR, customer experience, ERP/SAP deployment, coordination between headquarters, sites, and field teams.
