I act as a management and organization consultant for executives and operational management facing structuring, transformation, or scaling challenges.

My positioning is resolutely focused on consulting: I help clarify complex situations, make solid diagnoses, and design organizational structures that last – beyond mere announcements or purely "inspirational" approaches.

I mainly assist with three types of issues:

Structuring growing organizations: clarifying roles, governance, decision-making processes, team coordination

Managerial transformation: evolving postures, empowerment, aligning teams around concrete operational objectives

Collective effectiveness: resolving dysfunctions, improving coordination, re-evaluating ineffective ways of working

My approach is based on a balance between:

Strategic and systemic analysis (keen understanding of business and human stakes)

Targeted high-impact interventions (executive committees, management committees, key managers)

Operational implementation (no unrealistic recommendations: I am involved in their execution)

I am regularly called upon to intervene in contexts where:

organizations have grown faster than their structure

management teams are under pressure or misaligned

transformations have been launched without producing the expected results

I do not limit myself to facilitating workshops: I take a stance, I challenge, and I act as a strategic partner to decision-makers.
