David Bishop

Born in Dublin, I have been living in France since 2001, working alongside professionals from all sectors. I help teams and individuals clarify their purpose, define their strategy, and move forward with confidence.

As a fully trained facilitator, I specialize in creating the conditions for meaningful conversations in English that lead to real progress. I use proven methods to help groups make sense of their challenges, unleash collective intelligence, and reach an authentic consensus on the way forward.

I offer a three-day training program called “The Magic of Facilitation,” designed for those who wish to integrate facilitation into their own practice. This hands-on training equips participants with the mindset and tools needed to lead more inclusive, effective, and engaging meetings, whether internally or with external stakeholders.

I hold a bachelor's degree in French and History, a postgraduate diploma in Tourism, and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. I am also a certified Scrum Master and Agile Coach. I have received four Certificates of Appreciation from the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) for my volunteer contributions to the profession. I currently serve on the IAF's leadership teams for Europe & the Middle East and at the global level, and I am also the President of IAF Ireland.
