David Beunza Navarro

I am an Industrial Design and Industrialization Engineer with a solid background in the industrial environment, combining practical experience in manufacturing, product development, and operations management.

My professional career began on the factory floor, working directly in production processes within multinational companies in sectors such as automotive, chemical, renewable energy, and wood. Over the years, I have held positions in CNC machining, multi-spindle lathes, welding, presses, laser cutting, bending, and assembly lines, acquiring a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the real challenges of the industry.

Subsequently, I evolved into technical and management roles, working in technical offices and product design, where I developed 3D models, manufacturing drawings, technical documentation, and new product industrialization. Later, I took on leadership responsibilities as shift manager, production manager, production director, and operations director.

My training includes Technical Engineering, a Master's in Production Engineering, and an MBA, complemented by specializations in 3D industrial design, CNC programming, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement (Yellow Belt and Green Belt), and team leadership.

My main differentiating value is the ability to unite design, manufacturing, and business. I not only design parts, components, and mechanical assemblies; I also understand how to produce them efficiently, profitably, and reliably. This comprehensive vision allows me to provide viable technical solutions, optimize costs, reduce manufacturing problems, and accelerate product industrialization.
