So, if you entrust me with a manuscript, a thesis or any other little thing that requires careful proofreading and rigorous correction, I will obviously be your man but I won't hide from you that, like you, I would prefer to tan myself on a Moroccan beach or sip well-dosed caipirinhas in Portugal.
Obviously, I will write all the blog or press articles you entrust me with, I will gladly lend my particular style to your novels/short stories/autobiographies, even though visiting my buddies and bringing out the board games while downing cold beers is much more tempting.
I will offer in-depth and argued beta reading for your manuscripts awaiting submission to publishers. I will be your best friend on the subject but, to be completely honest, attending a rugby match between RCV and Biarritz Olympique at La Rabine would suit me better.
In short, you'll understand, we're all the same: we prefer pleasure to work but, if we do it together, the work will be done better, faster, more professionally and will consequently leave us more time to play, have an aperitif, see our friends, brew amber beer and cheer for a good penalty.
