My areas of expertise are tax law and business law.

In tax law, I am mainly involved in:

- Tax litigation (assistance and representation before the tax administration, tax commissions, and courts)

- And in consulting, both for executives (business donations, share transfers, implementation of Dutreil agreements, contribution-cession, donation before sale, etc.), individuals (income tax, gift tax, real estate investments - LMP, LMNP, rental income - tax returns, capital investments, etc.), and professionals (VAT issues, taxation of real estate professionals, corporate tax, etc.).

In business law, I am involved in company creations and monitoring of legal formalities during the company's life (company transformations, statutory changes, etc.), commercial litigation (client/supplier contracts, commercial leases, etc.), drafting commercial contracts, transfers of business assets and companies, etc.
