Working on an ERP platform for the aviation industry has shown me how much successful product development depends on clear communication and well-defined requirements.

As a Business Analyst, I collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical solutions. My work includes facilitating requirement workshops, documenting functional and non-functional requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, mapping business processes, and supporting the team throughout the Agile development lifecycle.

What I enjoy most is bringing structure to complexity. Whether it's clarifying a new feature, improving an existing workflow, or helping different teams align around the same goal, I focus on making collaboration smoother and ensuring we're solving the right problem, not just building another feature.

Conducted in-depth sales trend analysis to identify patterns across product categories and regions. Created interactive dashboards in Looker Studio to visualize revenue, product mix, and geographic demand. Performed inventory and product mix analysis to track bestselling items and optimize stock levels. Analyzed customer behavior (basket size, repeat orders, conversion funnel). Key Achievements:

Increased European sales by 20% through customer segmentation and optimized campaigns. Improved Average Order Value by 15% by recommending free-shipping thresholds. Boosted repeat purchase rates with tailored email campaigns and product bundles.

My role at K2 Building went beyond market research. I worked to understand how the business operated, where inefficiencies existed, and how customer needs could be translated into better business decisions.

I analyzed customer segments, researched market opportunities across Ukraine and Europe, and mapped the sales process to identify operational bottlenecks. Working closely with different teams, I helped improve communication between sales, production, and logistics while supporting strategic decisions with data and business insights.

This experience laid the foundation for my transition into Business Analysis by teaching me how to connect customer needs, business processes, and operational improvements.
