I'm a senior product designer with five years of experience designing complex, multi-role B2B platforms and consumer-facing mobile apps: products with permissions, dashboards, and marketplaces on one side, and clean, simple user journeys on the other. I work end to end, from research and user flows through to UI and design QA with engineers.

I've shipped across fintech, foodtech, marketplaces, healthcare and entertainment, on both sides of the product: the admin, operator, and back-office tools, and the B2C customer and delivery apps that sit on top. On one platform I cut booking time from around a day to about two minutes and reduced no-shows by roughly half. I work in Figma with design tokens and component libraries, and use Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, Codex, Stitch to move faster on prototyping.

Medical Treatment Management Platform (Clinical Software)
