Responsible for affiliate recruitment and optimization strategy across client programmes.

· Regularly monitoring the performance of all affiliates across the programme and present this in weekly and quarterly reports, meetings and reviews

· Finding new, creative and innovative ways to use content, imagery, product feeds etc. to promote the Advertiser across a wide range of diverse affiliates

· Close work with the Client Manager to understand current objectives, performance, key products etc. and be able to adapt the affiliate strategy accordingly

· Managing the quality of traffic and sales being driven across the affiliate base, flagging and dealing with any issues

· Spotting new opportunities from affiliates across affiliate networks for the wider UK, EU and globally where applicable

· Ensuring best practice, excellence and market leading affiliate management and development

· Managing key affiliates on the programme and ensuring they are getting the service and promotional materials they require

Conversant Europe (Publicis Groupe): Devision CJ Affiliate

Client: Accor, Parrot, HomeAway Analysis and investment proposals and annual strategy to achieve KPIs. Supervision of execution. Management of client relationships, including participation in conferences. Responsible for weekly reports and annual reviews for international clients (FR, US, EU, APAC). Management of a team of 4 people: PAN-EU and EU-US. +30% YoY in my scope = 15% of total GCI in France Travel to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany
