Collaboration with an UX researcher to improve the user journey. Supporting a feature team in the creation and development of functionalities. Improvement and maintenance of the design system in collaboration with a team of designers to facilitate the design process and ensure consistency across the entire product ecosystem. Contributing to the improvement and structuring of the software. Working in collaboration with the product manager, an UX researcher, and 4 developers.

• UX design: identifying pain points, empathy map, user journey, wireframing, presenting the final report to the team

• Leading discovery and research with various methods: user interviews, usability testing, surveys, unmoderated tests with Lookback

• Analyzing user feedback and creating insights, defining personas, contributing to Dovetail's knowledge base with insights

• Benchmark, competitor analysis, creating the software sitemap

• UI design: creating components, creating icons, making design decisions, creating high-fidelity mockups, contributing to the design system migration to ZeroHeight

Conducting UX audits of existing platforms (Android & iOS apps, website) to propose areas for improvement. Identifying user needs and usage constraints. Defining an optimal user experience and implementing relevant features. Improving conversion rates. Working in an agile environment in collaboration with the CTO, Product Owner, Product Manager, and 5 developers.

• Audit based on Jakob Nielsen's 10 usability heuristics, benchmark

• Optimization of website, app, and Back Office tool journeys: shadowing, affinity diagram, persona definition, wireframing

• Continuous improvement of existing features and products, creation of new features: high-fidelity mockups, usability testing, A/B testing
