Daria Kutepowa

As a freelance vector illustrator under my brand Cutepower, I create custom graphics for learning games, EdTech projects, and digital education. My focus is on character design, icons, UI elements, and infographics that convey content clearly, emotionally, and in a target-group-oriented manner. With my game design background, I combine illustration with gamification to create sustainable visual learning experiences.

As a graphic and gamification designer, I developed creative concepts for digital client projects and implemented various design tasks – from vector graphics and corporate designs to marketing materials, social media content, and newsletter illustrations. I also visually designed the DigiKompetenz podcast. My work combined appealing aesthetics with clear, understandable communication of complex content.

As a project manager at InterNetX, I was involved in the planning, coordination, and implementation of sub-projects, working closely with various departments. My responsibilities included analyzing and optimizing business processes, conducting competitive analyses, and managing internal projects. I distinguished myself through independence, reliability, and teamwork.
