• o Transversal role to support strong company growth. Successful establishment of a budget framework, cost center analyses, cash flow statement, accounting, and VAT declarations for 3 e-commerce webshops (Shopify, Magento, and Amazon), as well as customer master data.

• o Bank change, automatic supplier payment runs via XML, BI reports, transfer pricing, and optimization of customs costs. Management of the offshore shared service team (India).
