With a strong background in HR strategy, employer branding, recruitment, and digitalization, I help organizations optimize their HR processes. From onboarding and talent management to payroll and L&D, I ensure structural improvements and digital transformation within HR.

My experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Project Manager at various companies (IT, engineering, SMEs, and larger organizations) enables me to work both strategically and hands-on. I guide HR teams, implement efficient processes, and advise management teams on the future of their HR policy.
