After 3 years in training—first within a private higher education group on a program for managers and executives in the TMT sectors (strategy and digital project development), then at Capgemini Invent with major clients such as Airbus, Bleu, or EBS Consortium—I am offering my freelance services to support organizations in structuring and improving their training programs.

My areas of intervention:

- Instructional design: defining skills pathways adapted to profiles and business objectives

- Learner support: monitoring, support, and facilitation throughout the program

- Compliance & quality: verifying the compliance of training with current standards (Qualiopi and others)

- Monitoring & needs analysis: identifying and continuously improving client needs

- Coordinator of trainers: selecting, briefing, and monitoring trainers and experts

- Planning: structuring and managing training programs from A to Z

- Change management: identifying and overcoming resistance to maximize engagement

- Continuous improvement: collecting feedback, managing complaints, and making adjustments

Beyond instructional design, I am comfortable with the project dimension: planning, risk monitoring, reporting, multi-stakeholder coordination—it's something I enjoy as much as the pedagogical content. I adapt quickly to contexts and stakeholders, whether they are HR teams, managers, or field learners. And I bring an analytical perspective to each mission: I don't just execute; I seek to understand what works and why, to propose solutions that last.
