As an UGC creator, I design, produce, and edit authentic and engaging content for brands looking to strengthen their presence on social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). My goal: to humanize brand messages and generate engagement within target communities.

Key skills and responsibilities:

- Filming & staging: Creation of videos adapted to trends and formats of different social platforms, respecting each brand's identity.

- Video editing: Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) for dynamic and professional results.

- Script writing: Development of impactful scripts and optimized storytelling to maximize retention and engagement.

- Trend monitoring: Continuous analysis of UGC trends, viral sounds, high-performing formats, and competitor strategies to anticipate audience expectations.

- Brand collaboration: Understanding briefs, adapting to communication guidelines, and meeting deadlines.

- Receiving and managing customer calls (mainly large B2B accounts), handling maintenance or intervention requests

- Online processing of intervention requests, including breakdowns and incidents

- Scheduling preventive or regulatory maintenance visits with workshops and planning appointments according to customer and workshop constraints

- Monitoring maintenance work within Fraikin agencies or with service providers, communicating progress to clients

- Breakdown management: logging, deadline monitoring, coordination with technical teams and/or service providers, customer feedback
