In my role as an external sales representative for Telekom, I supported business customers in selecting and implementing innovative telecommunications and IT solutions. Through individual consulting, I enabled companies to design their communication processes optimally and cost-effectively. From mobile and landline services to internet connections and cloud services – I was a reliable point of contact for customers, analyzed their needs, and developed tailor-made solutions. I not only assisted them with the introduction of new technologies but also ensured their seamless integration into their existing systems and provided comprehensive technical support.

As an external sales representative for Vodafone Business, I was responsible for comprehensively advising business customers and offering them tailor-made telecommunications and IT solutions. My tasks included analyzing the individual requirements of customers, presenting suitable products and services, and implementing solutions to optimize operational communication processes. My focus was on mobile, landline, and internet solutions designed to make customers' daily work more efficient and cost-effective. Additionally, I supported customers in introducing new technologies and served as a contact person for technical questions and support.
