Wherever you are on your journey, I believe there's always room to grow. My focus is to help you find the inner clarity to lead yourself, and others, with purpose.

Before founding my coaching practice in 2021, I spent years in international marketing leadership roles at global companies like Ferrero, Reckitt Benckiser, Essity, and H.J. Heinz. Having made the shift from the corporate world to coaching myself, I know firsthand the pressures of demanding environments and feel well-equipped to support those navigating career transitions and pivotal career moments.

As a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) and Senior Practitioner (EMCC), I blend rigorous frameworks with genuine human connection. As a certified Six Seconds EQ Assessor (SEI), I help you measure and develop your emotional intelligence in practical, everyday ways. As a Voice Dialogue Facilitator, I guide you to recognize the different inner voices and dynamics that shape how you show up, building self-awareness that lasts far beyond a single session. I also draw on Team Systems Coaching, the Brain Discovery Profile, and IKIGAI exploration to meet you right where you are.

I am currently completing a Master's in Clinical and Rehabilitation Psychology, further deepening the scientific foundation of my work. Based in Madrid, I coach clients across Europe and internationally in a space that is warm, direct, and challenging in equal measure.
