Ensure the MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition) of the tool being deployed

Critical analysis of current business processes

Identify improvement levers and order the associated digital solutions

Modeling (mock-ups, functional specifications of solutions, interfaces, etc.)

Facilitating reviews with developers and problem-solving

Design and coordinate test execution, adjust training materials

Lead activity monitoring (correction and evolution) with all stakeholders (business and IT)

Meet program expectations, foster synergies between related tools/processes

Escalate, resolve issues with the program and the business

Work in close collaboration with project counterparts in charge of deployments, SAP & the business

Analysis of functional specifications, test plan development, creation of use cases and associated data sets with prioritization, execution of automated tests (X-ray).

Analysis of obtained results and bug tracking,

Log analysis (Logan, Kibana, Prisme).

Creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards in Jira for test campaign monitoring.

Analysis of result consistency by performing regression tests and parallel runs.

Collaboration with developers for bug qualification and tracking/traceability.

Participation and monitoring of "agile" ceremonies (Daily, etc.). Writing and maintenance of training materials & technical operating procedures.

Knowledge capitalization in the test repository & knowledge transfer.

Administration of the Planview tool (PPM tool, 1500 users).

Writing tutorials, training support, e-learning modules.

Co-facilitating training/coaching sessions.

Participation in organizational change management within Allianz.

Participation in Agile rituals (Daily, Retro, Sprint Planning and Review).

Extracting data from the software to Excel and comparing it with data from other repositories.

Creating KPIs by exporting raw data from the software and importing it into Excel after data cleaning.
