Danilo Garcia Caceres

At Diderot Éducation, I work as a Research Officer within the consulting firm, in conjunction with the Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management and Valorization. I contribute to the design of projects related to sustainable management of natural environments, analysis of environmental data, and methodological support for educational activities. I assist students in understanding nature conservation issues, participate in structuring field studies, and in valorizing results. I ensure scientific and regulatory monitoring, write technical documents, and collaborate with teams to guarantee the quality of projects undertaken. I also support coordination with institutional partners and local environmental stakeholders.

: Management and coordination of complex environmental projects, with public, private, and international partners. Supervision of 5 employees:

• • Development of Environmental Management Plans, fundraising, administrative and financial monitoring of projects. Analysis of national and international regulatory frameworks in environmental law, development of legal strategies and recommendations for conservation and environmental governance. Drafting and negotiation of legal and contractual documents, litigation management.

• • Facilitation and supervision of multidisciplinary teams (project and legal), support for public-private partnerships. Network facilitation and stakeholder engagement (public authorities, local associations, indigenous communities, international NGOs).

Achievements:

• • Project Officer "Green Line: participation in environmental governance".

• • Project Manager "Legal Tools to Combat Wildlife Trafficking" (Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru). Supervision of two employees.

• • Legal Support Manager for the municipality of Quito in the development of a local environmental management law.

• • Project Officer BioAndes - sustainable biodiversity management (Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador)

• • Coordinator of the South American Youth Meeting to Combat Climate Change.

• • Legal Expert in the project to combat environmental crimes in the Galapagos Islands.

Missions Legal and administrative contribution in the 4th Work Package concerning marine protected areas, marine biodiversity protection, CSR, renewable energies, and ocean pollution control. Participation in necessary calls for tenders for the execution and outreach of the project. Supervision of three employees/researchers.
